Your keys. Your cloud. Our software.
A one-off setup deploys the full Account Finder product into your own cloud environment — running on your own API keys, gated to your own team, branded as your own. No credit meter. No per-seat markup on top of your usage.
It also runs any of six industries — wine & spirits, craft beverage, specialty food, coffee, beauty & wellness, or commercial services — and can be configured so your industry is the front door, not an option in a menu.
An instance led by your industry, not ours
Every enterprise deployment can be configured so your own vertical is the front door — your venue types, your data categories, your vocabulary. A beauty-led instance says “Salons & Spas,” not “Third Tier.” A commercial-services install says “Channel Partners.” The engine underneath — deterministic account discovery, deterministic ranking, and bounded AI enrichment for call-ready notes — is identical across all six; only the industry it leads with changes.
Wine & spirits
Our deepest vertical — the only one with a distributor layer.
- Ranked on-premise and retail accounts, plus a distributor search built on public licence-registry data.
- Control-state handling built in, so a distributor search doesn't waste a rep's morning on a state that doesn't have one.
Craft beverage
The same distributor layer as wine & spirits — taprooms and bottle shops instead of wine lists.
- Draft-worthy on-premise accounts separated from bottle-shop and grocery placements.
- Runs on the same public licence-registry data a beverage-alcohol distributor is already working under.
Specialty food & CPG
Direct-to-account discovery across seven independent data layers.
- Independent grocers, co-ops and gourmet retailers ranked against federal nutrition-retail registrations and market directories.
- Built for a broker or a founder walking doors directly.
Coffee
Wholesale accounts for a roaster, ranked to your delivery radius.
- Independent cafés and food-service venues ranked against institutional and food-service licensing data.
- Office and coworking coffee available as an opt-in channel.
Beauty & wellness
Establishment-level licence rosters joined to live location data.
- Salons, spas and studios ranked against professional-licence rosters and a national provider registry.
- Price tier and clientele matched to a line's positioning before the first sample ships.
Commercial services
Territory math for reps who quota on doors, not impressions.
- Every independent venue in a territory cross-referenced against federal small-business and nonprofit-registry data, plus institutional datasets.
- Franchise footprints separated from single-unit independents, so a rep isn't pitching a location deal to someone at HQ.
Wine & spirits and craft beverage add a licence-registry distributor layer on top of the account engine. Every vertical runs the same pipeline, at least six independent data sources, and the same standard of evidence — every result shows the sources that confirmed it.
We deploy it into infrastructure you already control
For a one-off setup fee of $7,500, Account Finder is deployed into your own cloud account — typically your organization's Vercel account — configured with your own data and AI provider API keys, restricted to sign-ins from your organization's identity provider domain, branded with your logo and name, and set to lead with whichever of the six industries above matches your business.
Why teams choose the self-hosted route
Usage costs at cost
You pay your data and AI providers directly for the API usage a search generates. There's no per-seat or per-credit markup layered on top by us — the software fee is the setup fee, full stop.
Data stays in your tenancy
Searches, exports, and account lists run inside infrastructure you control. Nothing about how the product works requires your data to pass through our servers.
Unlimited searches
There's no credit balance to watch. Search volume is bounded only by your own API budget with your data and AI providers, not by a plan tier.
White-labeled
Your logo, your product name, your color palette. Deployed on your own domain if you want it there. It looks like your tool, because it is.

Own your lead vertical, end to end
The $7,500 install above puts the whole product behind your own sign-on domain, already set to lead with your industry. Buyers whose business centers on one of the six verticals can take that further: an install where your vertical isn't just the default landing view, it's the entire front door — your venue types, your data categories, your language, your logo, your name, on your own domain. A salon-supply distributor gets a beauty-led instance top to bottom. A roastery consultancy gets a coffee-led one. Same engine as the standard install, with the branding and vertical-lead work scoped in as a larger build.
What changes
A full branding pass across the interface — navigation, exports, map markers, the sign-in and paywall screens — your chosen vertical set as the only front door, and your own domain wired straight to the sign-in gate.
What you get
The whole product, under your name. Every data source your vertical supports, ranked results, bounded AI enrichment, customer-database overlay, CRM import and export — nothing held back for a vertical-led build.
Priced on request — scoped on the same call as the standard install, based on branding depth and whether you're self-hosting or want it managed for you.
What your install could look like
Two illustrative installs for fictional customers — one running venue discovery, one running the distributor mode. Your logo, your colors, your domain on the sign-in gate.
Ongoing support — $200/mo
Not required, but available if you'd rather not manage updates yourself.
- Software updates as the core product improves
- Priority fixes if something breaks
- One configuration change per month — a new data source, a new region, a branding tweak, and similar requests
